Volume Discounts / Special Requirements

Volume discounts are available for large-scale deployments.  Additionally, if you have special requirements,  a custom-tailored version of the product can be made available.  For more information, please contact a Traversix Connectivity System sales representative.

Payment Information

Corporate Accounts
Purchase orders will be accepted, pending credit approval.  Call our credit department at (469) 916-7222 to set up an account.  We also accept Master Card, VISA, American Express, certified checks, and wire transfers.  

State Sales Tax
Sales tax of  8.25% will be charged for orders shipped to addresses in Texas.
Contact the us directly before placing an order if your purchase is tax- exempt or for resale.

Shipping

A variety of shipping options are available, including UPS, Federal Express, and USPS. Shipping costs are based on the shipper used, shipping method, the number of packages, their weight, insured value, and other fees, if applicable. All orders are shipped directly from our facilities in Richardson, Texas.

Exchanges and Returns

In the event that a product must be returned to us for any reason, please call or fax Traversix Virtual Connectivity Network support for a Return Authorization number before shipping the unit. This number allows tracking of your return internally, and assures prompt and accurate handling. An RA number is valid for 30 days only. The number will be voided if the material is not received within the 30-day period. Wavetrix is not responsible for any material without a valid RA number. The RA number must appear on the outside of the package and the items must be shipped prepaid to:
